All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high volume periods or sales, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a delay, you will be notified.

Incorrect Addresses



Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.


If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.





Lost or Stolen Packages



Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.


If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.





Damaged Items



If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery.


Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can make it right.
